Many of our products are home, gift, decor, lifestyle, art, candle, pantry, bath/body, fragile, seasonal, or specialty items. Some items may be handmade, one-of-a-kind, vintage-inspired, or subject to natural variations. These variations are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, size, scent, texture, finish, or quality of any product will exactly match what appears on your screen.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct errors, or restrict sales on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 — Product Safety and Use

Some products sold by Lucky Lane Interiors may include candles, matches, bath and body products, food or pantry items, furniture, art, glassware, ceramics, fragile items, and other home or lifestyle goods.

You are responsible for using all products safely and according to any labels, instructions, warnings, or care guidance provided by the manufacturer or by Lucky Lane Interiors.

Candles, matches, and other flame-related items should never be left unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and unstable surfaces.

Food and pantry items should be reviewed for ingredients, allergens, expiration dates, and storage instructions before use. Lucky Lane Interiors is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of food, pantry, bath, body, or personal care products.

Furniture, art, glassware, ceramics, and fragile decor items should be handled, installed, mounted, or used carefully. You are responsible for determining whether an item is appropriate for your intended use, space, household, children, pets, or environment.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is not accepted until Lucky Lane Interiors confirms acceptance and processes your payment.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping limitations, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for pickup.

You agree that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 5 — Prices, Promotions, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, unless there is an error.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, promotional errors, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Promotions, discount codes, rewards, and special offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used on prior purchases.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees.

Section 6 — Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law.

Tax rates and rules may vary depending on the item purchased, the order location, the shipping destination, and other factors.

Shipping, delivery, handling, and related charges may be taxed where required by applicable law.

Section 7 — U.S. Shipping

Lucky Lane Interiors currently ships eligible online orders within the contiguous 48 United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

We currently use USPS and UPS for shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory issues, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when available.

Some items may be excluded from shipping, including oversized items, fragile items, furniture, art, vintage or one-of-a-kind items, items marked pickup-only, or other products that we determine are not suitable for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or remove an item from an order if we determine that the item cannot be safely or reasonably shipped.

Section 8 — Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within our stated processing timeframe. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate or cancellation option when required by law.

If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped, we may cancel the item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable or unshipped item.

Section 9 — Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lucky Lane Interiors is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, or local post offices.

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost, delayed, or stuck in transit before delivery, please contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information and next steps.

Section 10 — Damaged Items from Shipped Orders

We carefully pack orders before shipping, but damage may occasionally occur in transit.

If your shipped order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@luckylaneinteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the damage and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution depending on the item, availability, and circumstances.

Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Section 11 — In-Store Pickup

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to the store.

Pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

If an order is not picked up within 30 days, the order may be converted to store credit. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future Lucky Lane Interiors purchase, in-store or online.

Lucky Lane Interiors is not responsible for changes in product availability, seasonality, or customer preference if a pickup order is not picked up within the required timeframe.

Section 12 — Online Returns and Exchanges for Shipped Orders

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we can help.

Online purchases that are shipped are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds on online orders unless required by law or approved by Lucky Lane Interiors due to damage, defect, inventory issue, or other special circumstance.

To initiate a return or exchange for a shipped online order, you must contact us at hello@luckylaneinteriors.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization number.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization number.

Once a Return Authorization number is issued, you must ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice within 7 days. Items must be received by Lucky Lane Interiors within 7 days of the Return Authorization number being issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging, where applicable

  • Securely packed to prevent damage in return transit

Lucky Lane Interiors reserves the right to refuse any return that is late, damaged, used, missing tags, missing packaging, altered, or otherwise not in eligible condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future Lucky Lane Interiors purchases in-store or online.

For exchanges, once we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping charge. Complimentary exchange shipping applies to the first exchange per order only.

Section 13 — In-Store Returns and Exchanges

For items purchased in-store at Lucky Lane Interiors, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days and up to 30 days from purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.

Please bring your receipt or gift receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we may be able to look up your purchase if you shared your information at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We are not able to issue cash refunds for card purchases.

Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Section 14 — Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, unless required by law:

  • Sale merchandise

  • Clearance merchandise

  • Holiday items

  • Seasonal items

  • Food and pantry items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom items

  • Personalized items

  • Special order items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Used, opened, damaged, altered, or missing-tag items

  • Bath, body, or personal care items that have been opened or used

Final sale means no returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Section 15 — Defective Items

We carefully inspect items that come into Lucky Lane Interiors, but if you believe an item is defective, please contact us promptly.

For in-store purchases, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

For shipped online orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos, proof of purchase, packaging, or additional information to review the issue.

If we determine that an item is defective, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution depending on the item, the issue, availability, and applicable law.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, improper installation, accidents, pets, children, exposure to heat or moisture, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a defect.

Section 16 — Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an online order before it ships by contacting us at hello@luckylaneinteriors.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for pickup.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our online return and exchange policy.

Lucky Lane Interiors reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Because our online store is powered by Shopify, certain information you provide through our website may be collected, processed, stored, or shared through Shopify and related third-party service providers in order to provide our website, checkout, payment processing, shipping, marketing, analytics, and other services.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

You may have the option to sign up for email, SMS, or other marketing communications from Lucky Lane Interiors.

By signing up, you agree to receive marketing messages from us through the contact information you provide. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, if applicable.

Signing up for marketing is not required to make a purchase.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, and service names appearing on our website may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Lucky Lane Interiors is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide our online store and related services.

Any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Lucky Lane Interiors. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Lucky Lane Interiors, including any injury, damage, loss, return, exchange, refund, product issue, or customer service matter arising from your purchase.
