Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring home from Lucky Lane. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

 Refunds

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Store credit / exchange

After 14 days and up to 30 days from purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

What we need

Items must be unused, in original condition, with any tags or packaging intact.

Please bring your receipt or gift receipt. If you don’t have it, we may be able to look up your purchase if you shared your information at the time of purchase.

Final sale items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • Holiday items
  • Food/Pantry items
Gifts

Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Damaged or defective items We carefully inspect everything that comes into Lucky Lane, but if you find a defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll review the item and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
How refunds are issued Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We’re not able to issue cash refunds for card purchases.
